Simply select up to three full-priced items, and try them on in your own home, with no upfront payment required.
Keep what you love and return the rest. It’s fashion made effortless.
Promotional discounts do not apply to Try with Mirra orders.
How Does it Work?
Add to Cart: Use the Try Before You Buy button when adding items to your cart.
Checkout & Payment Hold: We temporarily freeze the full amount on your card to reserve your items. It will show as pending in your account, but not paid. You won’t be charged until you decide to keep the items.
Receive and Try: Once your order is delivered, you will have three days to try on the items.
Complete Order: We'll send access to your Customer Portal where you can follow the steps to finalise your order. You'll only be charged for the items you decide to keep.
Returns
With Try with Mirra, you have the flexibility to experience Romy at home. Keep what you love and return anything that doesn’t quite work.
If you need to make a return, we'll send you a prepaid return label by email when we receive your return request.
Return Guidelines:
Returns must be posted within three days of completing the order. Your card authorisation will be removed once the return has been received at our Melbourne Warehouse. Failure to lodge your return within three days, will result in your card being charged in full.
If you return all items from the order, a $15 restocking fee will be applied.
