If you are outside of Tasmania the following shipping rates apply: 

Romy offers free Standard Post for orders over $80.

$15 flat rate for Standard Post under $80.

$20 flat rate for Express Post.

Your order will be processed between 1-2 business days of receipt and dispatched from our Dallas Warehouse.  

 

Romy offers free Economy Shipping for orders over $80.

USD $8 flat rate for Economy Shipping under $80.

USD $20 flat rate for Express Shipping.

USD $25 flat rate for Priority Shipping.

 

Expected postage times

Economy Shipping: 2 – 10 business days

Express Shipping: 1 – 4 business days

Priority Shipping: 24 hours

Shipping: International (outside the USA)

International orders under $1000 incur a flat rate of $40. 

International orders over $1000 are FREE.

All orders placed will be processed between 1-2 business days of receiving your order. Shipments are sent by Australia Post International for New Zealand and DHL Express for the rest of the world outside the USA.  Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 3-7 business days for International delivery from purchase date. 

Romy does not cover any additional duties, customs or taxes applied to orders. These additional costs are not calculated in the product costing, or shipping cost for any order and are at the receiver’s expense.

Tracking your order

To ensure a smooth delivery, please ensure all your contact details (including phone number, email address and postal address) are accurate.

We will email you a tracking number when we dispatch your order. To track your order please follow the links in the email.

Parcels must be signed for upon delivery, unless you have selected otherwise when the carrier notifies you, via SMS, that your parcel is out for delivery.
