Your order will be processed between 1-2 business days of receipt and dispatched from our Hobart Head Office. 

Australia-wide shipping

As a Tasmanian-born label, we’re proud to give back to our local community. To say thank you for the support locally, Romy offers free standard shipping to all addresses within Tasmania.

If you are outside of Tasmania: 

Romy offers free express shipping for orders over $350.

$15 flat rate for standard shipping under $350.

$20 flat rate for Express Post.

Expected postage times

Standard Post: 2 – 10 business days

Express Post: 1 – 4 business days

Most parcels are arriving on time, but some delays may be experienced due to Australia Post operations. 

International shipping

International orders under $1000 incur a flat rate of $40. 

International orders over $1000 are FREE.

All orders placed will be processed between 1-2 business days of receiving your order. Shipments are sent by Australia Post International for New Zealand and DHL Express for the rest of the world.  Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 3-7 business days for International delivery from purchase date. 

Romy does not cover any additional duties, customs or taxes applied to orders. These additional costs are not calculated in the product costing, or shipping cost for any order and are at the receiver’s expense.

Tracking your order

To ensure a smooth delivery, please ensure all your contact details (including phone number, email address and postal address) are accurate.

We will email you an Australia Post tracking number (or DHL or Aus Post Intl for international shipping) when we dispatch your order. To track your order please follow the links in the email.

Parcels must be signed for upon delivery, unless you have selected otherwise when Australia Post notifies you, via SMS, that your parcel is out for delivery.
